Tom has led the strategic planning and daily operations of The WorkShop Content Studios since 2007, bringing over 30 years of experience in TV production, including 16+ years in executive management.
Throughout his career, Tom has guided high-profile projects such as Novak for Amazon Prime, Trading Spaces for TLC, The Haney Project for Golf Channel, True North for PBS and Amazon Prime, and Netflix’s Emmy-nominated, Realscreen award-winning documentary series, Basketball or Nothing. He’s worked with notable figures including Rickie Fowler, Charles Barkley, Ray Romano, Adam Levine, and Olympic Champion Michael Phelps.
Tom, a Villanova University graduate, lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Denise, and their four children. He serves on the Endowment Board of his community church, the board overseeing the CYO sports program, and is an active youth athletics coach.
